Dock-to-Dish (v, adj.) is a safety certification process in which sustainably harvested seafood is distributed exclusively to members of a cooperative program within 24 hours of being brought on shore.  Members experience extraordinarily fresh, healthful seafood without compromising the ability of future generations to do the same.
